CAP APPLICATOR Automatic machine for fastening plastic caps to boxes. MT 60 SEE VIDEO CLIP The caps are first unloaded into a hopper in a random fashion, then orientated and drawn out, two at a time, by feeding suckers which passes them over a Hot-Melt gluing unit before fixing them with extreme precision onto the top of the boxes. The machine is extremely compact, reliable and easy to use. The standard model fixes caps to boxes with a base measuring a minimum of 40 x 70 mm and a maximum of 70 x 100 mm, and of a height ranging from 80 to 200 mm. Its size - the base is 36 x 56 mm and the cap is just 5 mm thick - guarantee an ample opening without taking up very much space. It is particularly suitable for boxes containing powders, granules or small solids.
