These machines are particularly useful for all kinds of dough used for making cakes and biscuits. Four models are available, of different belt widths and lengths. The rollers are easily adjustable to give a thin, uniform layer of dough. Seamless felt belts made from special wool. Ground, chrome-plated steel rollers. Moving parts mounted on ball-bearings, and working gears seeped in an oil bath.
Manual control of belt direction. Easily removable scrapers designed for simple cleaning. All models are fitted with safety devices.
At the end of working, the tables may be raised to reduce the room taken up by the machine, which may be easily moved about on its wheels.
