An automatic machine that wraps chocolate eggs in aluminium foil.

Equipped with a device which stops the foil moving forward in the absence of eggs.
Capable of being fitted with a photoelectric cell for centring the design on the aluminium foil.

The egg is manually placed on the feeder disk, and then travels to the foil cutting station where it is wrapped in the aluminium foil; from here it goes on to the folding stage, before being placed on the roll-forming device, where it is made either perfectly smooth or grooved according to requirements.
Its great versatility (it can wrap eggs ranging from 70 to 15 mm in height), speed (approx. 40 strokes a minute), and the perfect way it wraps eggs make it an indispensable tool for all Easter egg manufacturing requirements.
The machine is completely enclosed.
The main parts are automatically lubricated, while the moving parts are mounted on bronze ball-bearings.

Stepless change of speed given by an expanding pulley.
