The machine is equipped with a unit which cuts the aluminium foil and wraps coins at the same time, together with two coining units.
This enables it to double the pressing time, thus guaranteeing perfect coining even in the case of deep coining.
Moreover, the machine saves approximately 10% of the foil when wrapping coins of between 20 and 43 mm in size, thanks to the fact that it cuts two wrappers at the same time from the one reel.
Finally, it can produce coins with different coloured wrapping on either side by simply replacing one of the two reels.
The machine is completely enclosed. The main parts are automatically lubricated, the moving parts are easy to inspect, and it works using a motor incorporated into the machine bed. It is fed from loading tubes. Continuous speed-regulation device. Automatic foil-stop device which is triggered in the absence of coins. Foil cutting and wrapping in a single movement.
